To confirm the dates of your stay, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit are requested for cottage des Pins and Charron and 30% NON-REFUNDABLE for cottages Émile and Refuge des Amoureux, and Natura you must attach a photocopy of your driver’s license. The final balance must be paid by certified check, electronic transfer, email transfer, cash, or other, 30 days or less before arrival. The final balance payment must be accompanied by security deposit $500.00 for cottage Charron, Des Pins and Le Refuge des amoureux $800.00 for cottage Emile which will serve as a guarantee to ensure that the condition of the premises during your departure is the same as when you arrived. It will be given by etransfer after the site inspection within 7-10 days of your departure.
- On weekends bookings start on Friday evening at 15:00 and ends on Sunday at 12:00 noon and 11am for cottage Emile and Natura during high season
- Weekly bookings are from Friday to next Friday or according to your choice and availability
- Arrival time is 15h and departure time is 12h noon, during low season and 11am for cottage Emile and Natura during high season
Rental Conditions
** It is STRICTLY forbidden SMOKING inside the cottage **
Out of respect for our neighbors
- Fireworks are not allowed on the property
- Outside curfew between 9AM and 11PM during high season
- Prohibits paint Spray Gun
- Loud music on the property will not be tolerated
- Cutting a tree is strictly forbidden
** For RESPECT for the environment and for security, we require that all cigarette butts are deposited outside in the ashtrays provided for this purpose.
- For cottage Des Pins and Charron, the tenant is responsible for his bedding, towels, etc. The tenant must bring the sheets and pillow cases.
- For cottage Emile, Natura and Le Refuge des Amoureux, bedding and towels are included. (No beach towels available)
The main tenant agrees to read the precautions described in the cottage that will help understand the main features and requirements of the cottage and communicate the latter to persons accompanying him.
In the event of a lease of more than a couple, the person signing the contract is held responsible for other adults / persons sharing the rent with it.
The price includes among others…
- firewood in REASONABLE quantity
- snow removal, electricity, heating and all other amenities and accessories included in the cottage.
- Maintenance inside the cabin rental is customer responsibility during his stay.
The owner can cancel the contract and refund the tenant event inability to use the site, as fire, water damage.
The Cottages and parking lots must be vacated for the respective departure times stated in the contract
The owner is not responsible for lost or forgotten objects.
